  『瑜伽經』中的第一節︰『atha yoga anushasanam』現在我們開始練習瑜伽。對許多現代瑜伽練習者來說，atha表示一種輕聲的提醒，所有瑜伽的傳授都是由此而來的，它讓我們穿越時間，帶回到永恆的現在，當你開始下一次練習時，默念『atha』，看看它是否把你帶到了此時此刻，如果你很幸運，你會感覺到，在帕坦伽利的言語中，那將真相掩藏起來的層層障礙，被沖洗乾淨了，真正的自我開始顯示出來。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;感謝 為了視察一下環境，中午前往8月份戶外瑜伽課的地方，環境真的太美了，有山有水，它就在巷子裡，走進去以為到了世外桃源樣，有些看著書的，牽牽小手的，一家上下來拍照的，喝咖啡的，朋友來聊天的....我習慣到了一個地方先感受它的環境，呼吸一口空氣。也許用感覺來感受。確定了，8月份的瑜伽課將在吳園展開第一次。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  再來到這裡是為了atha yoga來拍照的，期待把照片與大家分享，等專業攝影師處理好，第一時間公佈&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;   8月份的戶外瑜伽，如果要報名請電話或到atha教室即可。atha yoga的學生如有朋友或家人想一起參加，只需付100元喔！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   當天瑜伽主題為，ashtanga 1.5小時的練習。時間將在月底公佈，如果需要瑜伽墊，atha 一起努力著去讓自己心情跟情緒像你的手腳樣，控制它.我覺得自己的EQ依然底..但當我心情底落，或遇到再無奈的事，來個拜日式，再把腳放到頭上去，然後把腳往後折，再把手反折，最後把頭頂在地板上把腳打開....呼.........吸....哈哈『開玩笑的啦』&lt;br /&gt;  不管怎樣這些干擾我的事能暫時的放下，回頭想著就會發現事情沒有想像中的困擾不開心。大家都得學著找出自己的發洩方法。當然是正面的，這些身體的負面細胞能減少許多。相信自己能控制當下的事。&lt;br /&gt;   這一個月來，我完全的沈澱在瑜伽的世界裡，當然偶爾會有很多事煩憂著我，上課後跟你們聊聊天，是讓我最開心的事。沒有比較沒有心機，一起練習的感覺真好！&lt;br /&gt; type='text'>塔論：聽著音樂，自由飛翔！</title><content type='html'>今天，下了一整天的雨，教室充滿著複雜的對話，單純的笑聲。跟同學之間愈來愈像朋友樣，無所不談，喜歡課堂前的互相問候，喜歡課堂後聊著自己不一樣的人生 與生活，喜歡課堂上跟同學那細微的互動，這陣子讓自己覺得很開心的事，看著同學們上課後的愉悅感，他們真的把瑜伽帶到生活，自己會主動說下一次來的時 間，都不會隔太久而且進步了，看著他們汗水的流動加上那認真的呼吸，我感動了....也許這也是我原動力的來源。謝謝sandy老師送我的kitty擺設，我迫不及待把他放到櫃台上了，呵呵！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;回歸我的塔論，今天有著百般無奈的事加上這樣的天氣，實在是絕配極了，就像我的心情樣，雨時而下時而停時而大下時而小下...為什麼總是會有一些不能改變 的問題，其實有時候盡管你做了多少的努力，用了多少的勇氣，也不等於有了最後的勝利，這就是常常說的收獲，怎樣才算收獲，你要得到多少東西才滿足？&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;曾幾何時，你有過一邊聽著音樂一邊想著一個人，想著跟他/她/牠或它一起飛，不受任何束縛那種自由的飛翔嗎？&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;            下課後，在海邊想著那遙遠的距離，想著天空多美，月亮很圓，真想停住那一秒，我反省著....................我們看著同一個天空同一個月亮；深深呼吸一口氣，那種釋放..................我永遠不會忘記！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                             今天我依然想飛，想跟灰姑娘一起飛，你不受束縛，我不受批評.....&lt;br /&gt;這應該是我們都想要的自由...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" type='text'>塔論：Pranayana and meditation</title><content type='html'>星期六，日早上的呼吸課是接著瑜伽課一起上。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;上完呼吸課後「身體變輕」是這種感覺嗎？&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;是的，我一直告訴很多我的學生，呼吸有多重要&lt;br /&gt;每一堂課，我強調的是你的「氣」，而不是你做得有多好&lt;br /&gt;沒有真正呼吸的同學，讓我生氣...(哈哈！)&lt;br /&gt;其實當你身體吸收大量的氧氣後，才是真正所謂的能量儲存&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我常把身體比喻為氣球&lt;br /&gt;當一顆氣球還沒充滿氣時，它好像沒力的身體一樣，全身沒力，軟軟的&lt;br /&gt;但當它注入大量空氣後，就像充滿活力的身體可以慢慢自由地在空中飄來飄去，多自在&lt;br /&gt;一但氣沒了，它很快就會掉下來，就像身體一樣呼吸就像把氣球吹脹&lt;br /&gt;只是身體多了一個吐氣，因為我們有太多不需要的東西透過吐氣排泄出來，幫助身體新陳代謝&lt;br /&gt;想想，如果一個人不吃不喝十幾天或許還能活著&lt;br /&gt;但是一旦不呼吸，在短短的幾分鐘內&lt;br /&gt;你身體內的每一個細微的細胞會立即停止，機能也跟著停止......&lt;br /&gt;你能想像這麼貼近自己的呼吸嗎？&lt;br /&gt;每星期一起來呼吸吧！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;現在你知道瑜珈課堂上的呼吸有多重要了嗎？&lt;br /&gt;不單止是課堂上的，更是生活上的無時無刻。&lt;div type='text'>觀摩內在</title><content type='html'>昨天學生問我說：「老師你這幾天懶喔，都沒UPDATE你的BLOG。」&lt;br /&gt;我突然覺得原來真的有人來看呢～呵～開心的。&lt;br /&gt;不過當下又覺得怎麼沒UPDATE 就是懶了....&lt;br /&gt;有時一些比較深的層面我好像比較習慣想在心裡&lt;br /&gt;也許不是大家都對我內心想什麼有多大的興趣..&lt;br /&gt;我無時無刻都在觀摩我的內在.最深那一處..&lt;br /&gt;覺得自己不夠努力，想追求的東西太多了，所以自己會突然心情超差，或超想哭一下&lt;br /&gt;也許這也是大家內心深處的問題...覺得永遠想不出一個所以然來.....&lt;br /&gt;只好嘆嘆氣，或吃個小東西來發洩一下..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;希望來上課的同學們，再積極點&lt;br /&gt;在每一堂課中都讓你的身心歸零，一起來找尋全新的能量&lt;br /&gt;生活上的事太多太多了....開心的不開心的....不滿足的太多了....&lt;br /&gt;喜歡把腰往後折看到自己的背。&lt;br /&gt;喜歡把腳放到頭上放鬆一整天的疲勞。&lt;br /&gt;喜歡雙手可以支撐身體任何一個部位的那種輕鬆。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;生氣時喜歡做很強的瑜伽來宣洩自己的情緒。&lt;br /&gt;難過時喜歡做倒立讓眼淚流不出來。&lt;br /&gt;疲累時喜歡在瑜伽墊上做大休息讓自己就這樣到天亮．．．．&lt;br type='text'>台北的瑜珈課</title><content type='html'>去了兩天的台北，&lt;br /&gt;上了SPACE的課，以及董老師的ASHTANGA YOGA ，&lt;br /&gt;上完後真舒服，因為簡單，乾淨，而且老師又風趣。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我覺得每個學生來上瑜伽課，最重要的不是要一堆理論，也不是要一堆哲學&lt;br /&gt;而是要自己的身體讓汗水徹底洗淨過的感覺。&lt;br /&gt;所以我希望學生在我的課堂上能完全的把自己放鬆，完全的投入當下，&lt;br /&gt;一起聽著指令，跟著伸展。做完後那一刻的大休息覺得全身舒服，而且好像所有的體力都回復。&lt;br /&gt;每次都能回味那種課後的感覺。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>孩子們的瑜珈</title><content type='html'>很多家長常會問，小朋友幾歲才可以學瑜伽？&lt;br /&gt;我認為當小朋友開始喜歡模仿的時候就可以學瑜伽。&lt;br /&gt;孩子的瑜伽課不是像大人樣追求體位法，他們要的是開啟專心、自信、愛與謙遜的潛能。&lt;br /&gt;害怕是每個人的一種反應，&lt;br /&gt;當遇到沒信心或不想做的事，往往用害怕或做不到來給自己當藉口&lt;br /&gt;而孩子對害怕的程度沒有大人的多，我們應該更要讓孩子勇敢去做每件事，&lt;br /&gt;就像從那裡跌倒，從那裡爬起，孩子也是。&lt;br /&gt;給他們多點鼓勵，不管在任何事上。不追求他們成功多少，只在於努力多少！&lt;div
